Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark purple core with a crimson rim.
Aroma
Complex aromas of wild raspberries, blackcurrant, liquorice, black olive tapenade and choc mint. Secondary wafts of cedar oak and Chinese 5 spice add further complexity.
Palate
Elegant, sweet black forest fruit flavour fills the mid palate. Silky, fine grain oak tannins add texture and complexity.
